Our distribution panels simplify your radiant heat installation. They have all the necessary components to operate radiant systems and pass all known building codes. On-site work will be minimized to connect your supply and return lines to the boiler and manifolds, electrical wiring and providing make-up water supply. No soldering is required.The 1″ copper tubing is large enough to accommodate both large and small projects. All panels are pressured tested prior to leaving our facility and are carefully packaged to assure safe delivery.

The Heart of your Heating SystemRadiant Heat manifolds play a large part in heating systems. It allows for even distribution of supply water from the heat source to distribution lines that circulate hot water through the entire system. They can be used in a variety of applications ranging from radiant, hydronic, or snow-melt applications. The systems are made of adapters, end caps, and fittings that can be customized in a manifold depending on the application. A well-made manifold should distribute water efficiently and economically when the PEX tubing is sized properly. PEX manifolds reduce the need for soldering copper pipes, which prevents flames and chemicals getting into water lines causing problems. A Radiant PEX Manifold set can cover a large area depending on the branch. The i-Link series 2-zone circulator pump controller is operated by low voltage thermostats or any other low voltage controllers having an SPST switching action. The i-Link controller provides intermediate switching to permit up to 2 circulators and a boiler operating control in a multi-zone hydronic heating system. Intelligent Linking System (i-Link) allows unlimited zone expansion with additional i-Link controllers. Field selectable priority with timer prevents freeze-ups in the event of a priority zone failure. Unique power surge protection to avoid damage to the unit and ensure continuous control operation. The panel provides EZ screwless terminal blocks for connections to the thermostats. LED indicators on the front panel provides functional status and easy troubleshooting. In addition, a system circulator is turned on whenever any zone calls for heat.
