1.Take all parts out of the packaging (There is a specific steel pipe with screw holes at both ends);
2.First assemble the outer frame and tighten it with four short screws (There is a screw at top and bottom, two screws in the middle);
3.Insert one end of the five steel pipes into the holes of the assembled frame;
4. 4.Tighten the long screw at one end of the specific steel pipe;
